Wellness Shot Recipe

Get better with this quick and easy wellness shot. It's full of wholesome ingredients to kick out any infections and provide immune support.

Equipment

  • Metal Strainer
  • Blender high speed

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 splashes apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1-2 shakes ground cloves
  • 2 shakes ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 ginger root thumbs

Instructions
 

  • First, add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Next, blend on high for 2-3 minutes until everything is well blended.
  • Then strain pressing the pulp until all juice is removed.
  • Finally, add to a jar and store in the fridge.

Notes

This recipe makes about 18 ounces using the standard dosage you can get about 10 servings.
