Ingredients
  

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 mini sweet bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Begin by chopping all the ingredients.
  • Heat coconut oil in pan on medium heat. Then add the chopped onions, garlic, and carrots. Sauté these for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Next, mix in the rest of the vegetables and continue cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Pour in the liquid aminos, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, and cover the pan. Let the mixture simmer for about ten minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
