Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
This vegetable stir fry serves as an excellent foundation for any meal. It's a straightforward yet tasty dish that beautifully complements any protein or whole grain option.

- 4 mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 4 mini sweet bell peppers
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Begin by chopping all the ingredients.
Heat coconut oil in pan on medium heat. Then add the chopped onions, garlic, and carrots. Sauté these for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
Next, mix in the rest of the vegetables and continue cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour in the liquid aminos, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, and cover the pan. Let the mixture simmer for about ten minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
