Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup soaked oats half of recipe mixture
  • 2 cups whole strawberries frozen
  • 1 small banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup aloe vera juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • First, add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Then, blend the mixture for approximately 2 to 3 minutes, or until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
