Soaked Oats Recipe

Soaked oats are easy on your gut and beneficial for your overall wellness. This simple recipe is a great way to incorporate whole grains into your daily diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/2 cup water filtered

Instructions
 

  • First, add your ingredients to a jar and mix them well.
  • Next place the lid on the jar without sealing it too tightly to allow the jar to breathe.
  • Then leave the jar on the counter overnight.
  • The next day, you can use oats immediately or store them tightly in the fridge for use throughout the week.
