Simple Sheet Pan Recipe

This sheet pan is a classic sheet pan. It's a simple and tasty dish that works well with a variety of cuisines.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 - 4 gold potatoes
  • 1 - 2 tsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • sprinkle garlic powder optional
  • sea salt & pepper to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • To start, fill a pot with water and place it on medium heat. Chop the potatoes and add them to the pot, allowing them to boil for 10 minutes.
  • While the potatoes are boiling, preheat your oven. Next, chop the onion and bell pepper and add them to a pan.
  • Once the potatoes are done, use a fork to check if they are soft but still firm. Drain the potatoes, then add them to the pan with the onion and bell pepper.
  • Bake everything in the oven at 400 - 425 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes or until they are golden brown. You can adjust the baking time based on your preference for how dark or crispy you like your potatoes and vegetables.
  • After baking, remove the pan from the oven and transfer the contents to a bowl, or you can leave them in the pan. Add your choice of butter or oil, mix everything well, and serve.
