- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp vanilla plant protein powder optional
Toppings
- 30 grams handful blueberries
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 30 grams Nature's Path pumpkin & flax granola
- honey optional
Start by adding soaked oats, seeds, protein powder, and milk to a bowl.
Next, mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Then add your toppings, such as sliced fruit and granola.
Lastly, drizzle honey or agave on top for added sweetness.
