Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp lemon balm 2 tea packets
  • 1 tbsp raspberry leaf 2 tea packets
  • 1 tbsp lemon ginger 2 tea packets
  • 1 tbsp black tea 2 tea packets
  • 32 ounces water
  • honey optional
  • Ice optional

Instructions
 

  • First, add all herbs to a container.
  • Next, pour boiling water over herbs.
  • Then stir and cover. Let it steep overnight.
  • Next day strain and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, strain using a nut bag or a metal strainer with cheesecloth. Then store in the fridge and use throughout the week. To sweeten, add ice or a honey drizzle. Enjoy a cup a few times each week.
