Green Juice Recipe

This green juice serves as a gentle detox that refreshes and replenishes, all while cleansing your system to keep you feeling vibrant and revitalized.

  • Blender high speed

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 celery bunch 5 stalks
  • 3-4 kale stems
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 ginger root thumb-sized
  • 16 ounces coconut water
  • 16 ounces water filtered

Instructions
 

  • First, add all ingredients to a blender. Chop any vegetables that need to be smaller to fit.
  • Next, blend on high until everything is well blended.
  • Then strain squeeze all the juice from the pulp.
  • Finally, add to a jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Notes

This recipe makes about 64 ounces.
