Fruit Juice Blend

This fruit juice blend is a great alternative for store-bought juice. It's simple to make, minimal in sugar, and ideal for an all-natural flavor.

Equipment

  • Blender highspeed
  • strainer or cheese cloth

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fruit fresh or frozen
  • 20 ounces water or coconut water
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

Cranberry Cherry Recipe

  • 1 cup whole cranberries frozen
  • 1 cup dark sweet cherries pitted
  • 20 ounces water filtered
  • 20 ounces coconut water
  • 2-3 tbsp agave or monk fruit optional

Instructions
 

  • First, add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Next, blend for two minutes on high or until everything is well blended.
  • Then strain using a strainer or cheese cloth to remove the pulp (this step can be optional).
  • Store in the fridge to use throughout the week.
