Fruit Juice Blend
This fruit juice blend is a great alternative for store-bought juice. It's simple to make, minimal in sugar, and ideal for an all-natural flavor.

strainer or cheese cloth
- 1 cup fruit fresh or frozen
- 20 ounces water or coconut water
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
Cranberry Cherry Recipe
- 1 cup whole cranberries frozen
- 1 cup dark sweet cherries pitted
- 20 ounces water filtered
- 20 ounces coconut water
- 2-3 tbsp agave or monk fruit optional
First, add all ingredients to a blender.
Next, blend for two minutes on high or until everything is well blended.
Then strain using a strainer or cheese cloth to remove the pulp (this step can be optional).
Store in the fridge to use throughout the week.
