Strawberry Oats Smoothie Recipe

- 1/4 cup soaked oats half of recipe mixture
- 2 cups whole strawberries frozen
- 1 small banana frozen
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup aloe vera juice
- 1 tbsp honey optional
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a blender.
- Then, blend the mixture for approximately 2 to 3 minutes, or until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
