Green Juice Recipe
Equipment
- Blender high speed
Ingredients
- 1/2 celery bunch 5 stalks
- 3-4 kale stems
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 ginger root thumb-sized
- 16 ounces coconut water
- 16 ounces water filtered
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a blender. Chop any vegetables that need to be smaller to fit.
- Next, blend on high until everything is well blended.
- Then strain squeeze all the juice from the pulp.
- Finally, add to a jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
