Helpful Side Notes
*For the lemon ginger tea packets I use click here.
*For the black tea you can also use the iced tea bags. Just make sure the ingredients indicate black tea only. I have used one family-sized tea bag with my herbal mixture.
*You can enjoy this tea plain without the fruit-infused water.
* Another option for sweetener is to add 1 packet of stevia or monk fruit.
* Ice is another preference. I enjoy this most days at room temperature.
*A tea brand I truly enjoy is Traditional Medicinals. I always use their herbal teas, as I have found their herbs to be very potent and fresh. It helps that I can always locate them easily in stores near me or online.
