How much do I use?

I recommend starting with two ounces. If that feels like too much, you can begin with one ounce instead. The appropriate amount often depends on your specific reason for use and your current condition, so it’s important to use your judgment.

Although these ingredients are wholesome, it’s always a good idea to consult with your doctor before taking anything, especially if you’re on medication or have certain health conditions.

During a cold, I recommend taking this medication every four hours. I also pair it with my Get Better Syrup. As I start to feel better, I reduce the dosage to twice a day or every six hours, eventually tapering down to once a day.

I suggest continuing this regimen for 7 to 14 days to ensure that you fully eliminate the infection and cold. While it’s great to notice your symptoms improving, it’s important to remember that the infection may still be present, so maintaining this treatment is crucial to prevent a recurrence.

To use this as a preventative measure, I recommend incorporating it into a regular routine. You can also use it as a spot treatment when you notice signs of a cold or flu.   • Blender high speed

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 splashes apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1-2 shakes ground cloves
  • 2 shakes ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 ginger root thumbs

Instructions
 

  • First, add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Next, blend on high for 2-3 minutes until everything is well blended.
  • Then strain pressing the pulp until all juice is removed.
  • Finally, add to a jar and store in the fridge.

Notes

This recipe makes about 18 ounces using the standard dosage you can get about 10 servings.
