Fruit Juice Blend
Equipment
- Blender highspeed
- strainer or cheese cloth
Ingredients
- 1 cup fruit fresh or frozen
- 20 ounces water or coconut water
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
Cranberry Cherry Recipe
- 1 cup whole cranberries frozen
- 1 cup dark sweet cherries pitted
- 20 ounces water filtered
- 20 ounces coconut water
- 3-4 tbsp agave optional
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a blender.
- Next, blend for two minutes on high or until everything is well blended.
- Then strain using a strainer or cheese cloth to remove the pulp (this step can be optional).
- Store in the fridge to use throughout the week.
