Here are some helpful tips
How do I make soaked oats?

Soaked oats are so easy to make and great to have on hand. Here’s the recipe.

Do you enjoy your oatmeal thick and hearty, or do you prefer it light and creamy?

Choose your texture! Add less milk if you prefer it thicker or more for a thinner consistency.

Do I have to use ground seeds?

No, you do not have to ground your chia or flaxseeds; however, keep in mind that doing so can facilitate the breakdown process during digestion. This not only aids your digestive system in breaking down food more effectively, but it also ensures that you’re able to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients.

I prefer not to use protein powder.

The protein powder is optional; you can skip it. If you want that vanilla flavor, you can add vanilla extract.

Want to add more protein?

Use a tablespoon of peanut butter or yogurt. Adding in the yogurt creates a creamier texture.

Granola alternatives:

Swap for muesli or a simple homemade granola.

Reasons Why This Can Help You on Your Wellness Journey

Many of us contend with some form of health issue, which is why we are continuously working toward achieving better health, especially when we feel misaligned or are striving to prevent future problems.

Let’s say you struggle with an illness or have recently been diagnosed with a disease. Perhaps you face challenges with weight management, suffer from constant headaches, or experience issues related to emotional eating, frequent illness, or digestion problems. It’s easy to downplay these concerns, especially when comparing them to others. However, it’s crucial to recognize that unhealthy habits can accumulate and lead to results that we are not happy with.

I want you to understand that all of these matters are significant. None is more important than another, as they all indicate that something is not right within your body.
