Fun & Tasty Fruit Juice
This fruit juice blend is so simple. Not only is this drink full of all-natural flavors but it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals. This way of preparation keeps all the nutrients intact, unlike juicing where we strip some of the nutrients.
This fruit juice blend is a great alternative to regular store-bought juice. It’s low in sugar and made only with natural sweeteners. It’s so easy to have on hand and great for switching things up from time to time. If you have kids this is one they will enjoy.
My favorite part about this recipe is that it’s made from real fruit and is so versatile. It’s also quick and easy to whip up. Just add 1 cup of your favorite fruit to 20 ounces of water and blend. Start creating your favorite fruit flavors today.

*Side note in case you’re wondering, in this photo I created a strawberry flavor for my fruit juice blend. It was delicious. You always know it’s good when it doesn’t last very long because you just can’t get enough of it.
Healing fruits
Fruit Juice Recipe
Makes 20oz.
Equipment
Blender
Nut bag or cheesecloth
Recipe
1 cup of Organic Fruit (fresh or frozen)
20 ounces of Filtered Water
1 tbsp Natural sweetener (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions:
First, add all ingredients to a blender. Next, blend 2 mins on high or until everything is well blended. Then strain using a nut bag or cheesecloth to remove the pulp (this step is optional). Store in the fridge to use throughout the week.
*Try mixing with your favorite herbal infusion. I enjoy one part herbal infusion to two to three parts fruit juice.
