It’s my version of traditional overnight oats but the healing and nutrition components within this recipe have been heightened in ways for even more benefits.
I call it cereal because that’s what it reminds me of, not to mention as a kid cereal was one of my favorite snacks. So when I began thinking of it and creating it in this way that’s when my love for oats really enhanced.
This recipe is one of many cereal creations I go back to time and time again. Overnight oats cereal is very versatile with the fruits and toppings so you really can use what you have on hand to create what you’re in the mood for. The creations are endless.
Oats are the perfect whole grain to add in, they leave you full throughout the day while also curbing any sweet cravings leaving you satisfied. Oats cereal is so easy to make and have on hand for those times you need something quick.

Helpful Tips:
You can add less milk if you prefer it to be thicker or more for a thinner consistency.

Oats Cereal Recipe
One serving
Ingredients
½ cup Soaked oats
1 tbsp Ground chia seed or flaxseed
¼ cup Soy milk
2 tbsp Vanilla plant protein powder (or 1 scoop collagen) optional*
Toppings
Handful organic blueberries (30g)
2 Organic strawberries sliced (30g)
Organic Nature’s Path pumpkin & flax granola (30g)
Directions:
First add soaked oats, ground chia, or flaxseed with protein powder and milk to a bowl. Next mix well. Then add the toppings sliced fruit and granola. *Optional you can add honey or agave drizzle as well for extra sweetness.
Meal Prep Instructions:
Once the oats have been soaked you can create your overnight cereal to go. Have your base ready. Start with your seeds, protein powder, and milk, mix it up well this is your base. Then add your topping. You can add your topping ahead of time or wait till the day of.
