Berry Smoothie Recipe
One serving
Ingredients
½ cup Soaked oats
half cup Frozen strawberries
half cup Frozen raspberries
1 tbsp (5g) Ground chia seed
1 scoop Collagen peptides
1/2 – One tablespoon golden blue agave
2 Dates
2 cups Soy milk
3 Ice cubes
Directions:
First, add all ingredients to a blender. Then blend until everything is well blended. Enjoy <3
