The true intention of this recipe is to help those who may not enjoy the natural taste of herbs. They can sometimes be a bit earthy and that’s not everyone’s taste.
But the amount of benefits consumed in one mineral drink is so much that I needed to figure this one out. This need included my husband and children.
So, my hunt began to find a pleasant way to truly enjoy the herbal infusion with a beautiful natural taste. Well, I’m here to say it worked. It has become a favorite to add in for some daily hydration.

Now instead of having just plain water (that’s no fun) we created herbal infusions with tasty fruit-infused water. Not only is it super beneficial for your body but it has a beautiful taste. And my family enjoys drinking it and that’s a win for me.

Strawberries- rich in vitamin C and potassium which helps to keep our immune system strong. Reduces inflammation while promoting skin health, brain cognitive, and heart health.
Water – hydration, replenishes your body your body by carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells. Flushing bacteria prevents constipation, and aids in digestion. Helps to normalize blood pressure and regulates body temperature.
Don’t throw away those fruits!
The fruits used in this recipe are still good. So when your done place them in a freezer bag to use for later. My favorite way to use these is in a smoothie or nice cream.
Strawberry Water Recipe
Makes 40 ounces
Equipment
Crockpot
Ingredients
2 cups Organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
40oz (5 cups) Filtered water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a crockpot.
- Set the crockpot on low for 4 hours.
- Let it cool.
- Strain and enjoy.
Store in the fridge and use throughout the week. For best results, I use a mesh strainer. Try adding this to your herbal infusions.
