Helpful tip
One trick I find with greens is to always massage your greens with a splash or capful of apple cider vinegar (with the mother). This helps your greens become moist and soft.
Health tip: When you prepare your greens in this way you are helping your body absorb the nutrients in the food.
Also if you’re not using a dressing then drizzle some raw olive oil on it. Maybe squeeze a slice of lemon for a little brightening.
Now your base is ready. Next, get creative and add your toppings.
This is optional but I find it useful on certain creations when I don’t add dressing. This becomes my dressing. I love to add some nuts and cranberries.
You can explore and find your favorite ways to enjoy your sheet pan salads. 🙂
