What I use for elderberry and echinacea is two packets of Traditional Medicinals Immune Zoom, this tea has both of these herbs.
Side note: A tea brand I truly enjoy is Traditional Medicinals. I always use their herbal teas, as I have found their herbs to be very potent and fresh. It helps that I can always locate them easily in stores near me or online.

Cranberry Apple Herbal Infusion
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp nettle leaf 2 tea packets
- 1 tbsp lemon balm 2 tea packets
- 1 tbsp oolong 2 tea packets
- 1/2 tbsp elderberry see notes
- 1/2 tbsp echinacea see notes
- 32 ounces water
- honey optional
- Ice optional
Instructions
- First, add all herbs to a container.
- Next, pour boiling water over herbs.
- Then stir and cover. Let it steep overnight.
- Next day strain and enjoy.
