Healing Chai Tea

Netti-Chai Tea Recipe
Ingredients
Herbal Infusion
- 2 tbsp nettle leaf 4 tea bags
- 2 tbsp chia tea 4 tea bags
- 32 ounces water
Netti-chai Base
- 8 ounces Netti-Chai Infusion
- 1 tbsp agave
- splash of milk
Cold Foam
- 1/4- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- splash of vanilla extract
- sprinkle cinnamon
- sprinkle cardamom optional
Instructions
Herbal Infusion
- First, add all herbs to a container.
- Next, pour boiling water over herbs.
- Then stir and cover. Let it steep overnight.
- Next day strain and enjoy.
Netti-Chai Drink
- First, pour 8 ounces of Netti-chai into your cup.
- Next, add agave and milk to your base and stir.
- Then, I like to add vanilla cinnamon and cardamom to the coconut milk.
- You can pour this mixture right into your base or froth your milk cream and pour it right on top.
