Healing your heart starts with wellness from within.
A Heart’s Love
Your heart is the seat of your emotions. It receives the information first and then passes it along. So when we experience things like grief, pain, or anxiety they mark our heart and our soul.
And if we are not really dealing with these things as we should over time it can become harmful to our bodies.
Let’s choose to live in a way where we identify what’s not good and have the courage to let go.
Begin to make space for what is good and allow it in. This is the beginning of loving yourself.
In order to properly heal and care for your heart I had to include this because the truth is it starts here. To love and care for yourself even with your food is a genuine heart move.
Where is your heart today? What is it filled with? Do you need a moment here? If so then I have this just for you as I go more into this topic and ways to help. Click here
Care for you.
How Does The Heart Work?
When it comes to the heart it’s truly about having a good transport, without a good transport our entire body is affected.
Your cardiovascular system is made up of the heart, veins, and capillaries all of which work together.
Not only does the heart pump the blood through your entire body but it ensures we have a good supply of oxygen and it doesn’t stop there. It also carries nutrients from our food and gives us a healthy removal of waste.
That said, the heart is more like a family working together. And when we begin to do our part to support our heart we stop adding to the load and become more mindful.
It’s in that mindfulness that we can begin to help our blood vessels stay strong and in return, they give us a good flow.
Our body is always speaking to us.
