Our Netti Chai has a special place in my heart. It is the perfect swap when you need a break from coffee or just want to switch to something more wholesome with big benefits.
This Netti-Chai reminds me of cold brew. It’s nice because you feel like you had a cup of coffee but without that feeling of being deprived or that you’re missing something. Instead, you find yourself going for it each day because it’s so enjoyable and tasty.
I look forward to Netti-chai not only in the morning but sometimes in the afternoon. It’s the perfect refresher. The sweet-smelling nettle with the chia mix already makes you feel like a fresh breath of air.

Helpful Tips:
*The chia tea I use is Numi Organic Herbal Teasan Rooibos Chia.
I currently enjoy using Traditional Medicinals for Nettle Leaf.
When fall is in the air you can turn your chia into a fall chia by simply adding your favorite pumpkin pie spice to your creamer.

Healing Chai Tea
Netti-Chai Recipe
Four servings.
Ingredients
Herbal Infusion:
2 Tbsp Nettle Leaf (4 tea packets)
2 Tbsp Organic Chai Tea (4 tea packets)
32 oz Filtered water
The Base:
8 oz Netti-Chai Tea
1 tbsp Agave
Splash of Milk
Toppings:
1/4 cup – half cup Organic Coconut milk
Splash of Vanilla
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Herbal Infusion Directions:
- Add herbs to a container.
- Pour boiling water over the herbs.
- Stir, cover, and let it steep overnight.
- Strain and Enjoy.
For best results strain using a nut bag or a metal strainer with a cheesecloth. Then store in the fridge and use throughout the week. Pair it with your favorite creamer or milk.
Instructions to assemble your Netti-chai:
First, pour your 8 ounces of Netti-chai into your cup. Next, add your agave and a splash of milk to the base and stir. Then to your coconut milk, I like to add in my vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom. You can pour this mixture right into your base or froth your milk cream and pour it right on top.
