This protein yogurt is such a classic and a staple in our home. It’s one of those snacks that are loved by everyone. A healthy snack that honestly feels like such a treat.
The yogurt and collagen give you plenty of protein to make it filling and satisfying. While the toppings are not only the perfect combination but a sure way to help curb any sweet tooth.
This one is a family favorite. My kids and I enjoy this weekly. You have to give this one a try. It’s simple to make most ingredients we tend to have on hand.

Simple Yogurt Cup Recipe
One serving.
Ingredients
5oz or 1/2 cup Greek nonfat plain yogurt
1 scoop Collagen peptides protein
1-2 tbsp Mini chocolate chips
2 Whole organic strawberries (sliced)
15g Organic Nature’s Path pumpkin & flax granola
Drizzle of organic honey (optional)
Directions
First, add yogurt to a cup. Next, add collagen peptides and mix well. Then add your toppings granola, strawberries, and chocolate chips. For extra sweetness, you can do a drizzle of honey but this step is optional.
