Here are some helpful tips
Replacements and Substitutions
Yogurt: You can use any type of yogurt, but I recommend a plain, unsweetened, or low-sugar option. If you require a dairy-free alternative, plant-based or coconut yogurt works well as a substitute.
Honey: You can replace honey with any natural sweetener, such as agave syrup or monk fruit.
Fruits: Top your snack with any fruit that you enjoy.
Chocolate Chips: You can swap chocolate chips for dairy-free or semi-sweet options. If you’re not a fan of chocolate but still want something sweet, consider using cranberries or nuts as a topping instead.
Granola can be replaced with muesli or homemade granola as an alternative.
Want to create more protein?
To increase your protein intake, mix nut butter into yogurt. Peanut butter or almond butter are both tasty and simple options.
